Primary Responsibilities: Promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resource programs, developing strategies in line with organizational objectives, manage human resource operations i.e. talent acquisition, benefits, employee relations and overall labor relations. At least 5 years of Director experience with salary being $85,000+ depending on experience.
