CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
SOLVE, Bradenton, Florida seeks an accomplished knowledgeable business leader as its Chief Executive Officer. Solve is a faith-based nonprofit organization that provides cost-free maternity housing with support programs for at-risk women during and after pregnancy. The Solve CEO is a strategic, visionary, and operationally minded leader responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization including staff leadership, program development, financial management, regulatory compliance, marketing, and community engagement. The CEO will leverage the power of relationships and networks, and works across private, public, and corporate sectors. The CEO possesses a high level of business and management skills and is effective at generating resources and financial support for Solve Maternity Homes. Qualifications include a minimum of ten years of proven successful leadership experience in non-profit or mission-based organizations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Finance or related field is required, with the preference for an advanced degree. A background in Florida DCF Licensing, experience with DonorPerfect and non-profit experience is preferred.
