Animal Rescue Coalition (ARC) is seeking a strong active leader for the position of ARC Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager reports to the ARC Executive Director, in addition to supporting other management team leaders of ARC. The Clinic Manager is responsible for supervision, training, and managing ARC Human Resources. The Clinic Manager will co-ordinate with the Medical Director overseeing the managing, efficiency, and staffing of day-to-day operations of the clinic. The candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to provide substantial input into all aspects of the leadership of the ARC organization as a member of the executive team.
Candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s degree, and five years of work experience in human resources, management, operations, and/or customer services are encouraged to apply. A knowledge or passion for animals and work experience in an animal welfare organization is preferred. The salary range for this position is $50K to $55K.
