Charlotte Community Foundation, Punta Gorda, Florida, seeks an Executive Director/CEO as its organization’s principal leader. The goal of the Charlotte Community Foundation is to improve the community as a whole. CCF is a non-profit advocating philanthropy and supporting non-profit organizations enhancing the quality of life for residents.
The ED/CEO’s responsibilities include: engaging, leading, and managing the organization in meeting its strategic goals; as an advisor to the Board of Directors; to promote asset development and donor cultivation, including relationship development with other philanthropic groups; provide financial oversight; encourage community outreach; and manage staff to maintain a culture of excellence.
Qualifications should include a minimum of five years of successful management as an executive, team leader, community relations, business development, sales, and marketing. Prior profit and loss responsibility. Board of Directors experience is essential. College degree required, with advance degree desirable.
