Aviva – A Campus for Senior Life, a non-profit, faith-based community with a 26-year legacy of excellence in senior living providing all levels of care, is seeking to fill the Director of Sales and Marketing. This key leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and retention initiatives. The Director will lead and motivate the sales team towards maximum move-ins and admissions, exceeding budgeted census goals. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate success in the role while expressing Aviva core values like compassion, teamwork and outstanding customer service to referral partners, staff, residents, and the community. Enthusiastic experience in leading and coaching a sales team, professional communications, CRMs, and strong computer, analytical and financial skills are required.
