An accomplished philanthropic professional, the preferred candidate, has an advanced degree with 5 years leading major capital development and 7 years in non-profit fundraising. The candidate should possess a personal broad-based record of demonstrated success, can leverage donor databases and fundraising support systems, and have an understanding of emerging technology and social media tools.
